ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s.

Merchandise must have all original packaging and be returned in original condition with your invoice attached Permanent/Final Sale items (marked "Final Sale" in the product description) can not be refunded if change of mind occurs.

Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned.

Full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

CTM motorsport will accept returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund (refund will be provided using original payment method) or repair where:

    • The item is faulty
    • The item is not fit for its intended purpose, or
    • The product does not match the sample or our description;
    • In these cases, we will pay the shipping costs that occur if any

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to is the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes. Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.
